Certified welding engineers and a dedicated training program ensures that our experienced team of welders are able to weld to specification on every part. Farris Group has nine robotic welding arms that are ideal for high volume fabrication.
Weld Shop with a Variety of Welding Techniques and Capabilities
Farris Group welding shop employs over 50 welders. Although most hold professional welding certifications, Farris Group ensures quality and precision by requiring every welder meet requirements laid out by our internal welding program. Our welders are experienced in a variety of welding techniques, including MIG/ARC welding and TIG Welding. Each welder has training with all metals used in our fabrication processes, including stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum.

Not only are the Farris welders trained to the highest standards, we’ve also invested in the latest technology that enhances our ability to produce precision parts at a rapid pace. Our nine robotic welding cells allow us to efficiently complete high-volume fabrication projects.

Farris Group’s welding engineers complete fundamental welding analysis and tolerance analysis for every project. We will advise on holding and warping tolerances, as well as the best welding techniques for each welded joint. Quality assessment and inspection is done for every welding project, Farris is often able to decrease production time, material cost, and labor cost for your project.
